Phoenix Seismic will provide documentation that complies with industry standards and project specification.  Typically,  both  photographic and written evidence are used in the inspections which track the pre and post condition of any structures that are within the affected range of the project.

The survey / inspection will include photos with matching written information identifying cracks, damage, or other issues on the interior and exterior of the homes and businesses.
